When will my candle ship?

Candles are poured to order. Please allow 7–10 business days before shipment. You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves the studio.

What wax and wick do you use?

A natural soy wax blend with a cotton wick, in amber glass with a black lid.

How long will it burn?

The 4 oz burns 25–30 hours; the 9 oz burns 50–60 hours. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and let the first burn reach a full melt pool — it prevents tunneling and stretches every hour.

How strong is the scent?

Noticeable but not aggressive — a steady, generous throw sized for a real room. If you want barely-there, No. 09 Unscented is all flame, no fragrance. For maximum presence, try No. 02 Comfort Spice or No. 06 Spiced Pumpkin Ginger.

Why does it smell different lit vs. unlit?

That's cold throw vs. hot throw. Unlit, you smell the top notes — the lightest parts of the scent. Lit, the heat opens the heart and base notes, which is the full composition. Judge a candle by the lit burn, not the sniff in the jar.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet — we're US-only while we're small. Join the Index below and you'll be first to know when that changes.

Can I send a candle as a gift?

Yes — enter the recipient's address at checkout and it'll ship straight to them. Add a note to your order email and we'll do our best to include it.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Send photos to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.

Can I exchange a scent?

Not for undamaged candles — scent is personal, and we can't resell a burned candle. That's what the 4 oz is for: a smaller commitment to try a number first. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are always covered.

When do new numbers join the index?

New entries arrive seasonally. Retired numbers are never reused. Join the Index below for first pour announcements.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not yet — but it's on the studio wall. Join the Index and you'll hear about it first.
